I always stay at this caravan holiday park because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, and a children's play area. The staff were very helpful with a late check-in on my first stay. It's the perfect place for a city break.

Had a private pool! Swam like a posh lady while enjoying the free WiFi and watching a flat-screen TV. Even had a restaurant, so I felt truly pampered.
Oh, how I despised the lack of parking and the dirty cutlery. Such a tragedy for a glamorous lady like me.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, with beautiful floral patterns on the curtains and cushions. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining area, were easily accessible for senior people like myself. The comfortable seating arrangements and well-lit spaces made it a pleasant place to relax and socialize.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff had been more attentive and understanding of our needs. It would have been nice to have more assistance with carrying bags or navigating the sometimes steep slopes around the hotel.

I recently stayed at a holiday caravan in Hastings and had a fantastic time. The location was great for us, and it was very quiet since we visited during a midweek period outside of school holidays. The comfort of the caravan exceeded our expectations, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and towels provided. The addition of good wifi was a pleasant surprise, and we had no issues with connectivity. The caravan was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The main hub of the site was close by, providing easy access to amenities. The host, Will, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this holiday caravan.

Some maintenance issues with the caravan, such as a broken dining chair and curtains in need of TLC. Limited parking outside the caravan and a steep slope to walk up.

The bathroom in the holiday caravan was a real treat. It had a lovely shower that was great for freshening up after a long day of exploring. Plus, they even provided a hairdryer, so I didn't have to pack mine. It made me feel like I was staying in a fancy hotel!
If I had to pick one thing I didn't love, it would be the bed linen. It wasn't the softest, but hey, that's my personal preference.

The caravan was clean and the beds were comfortable. the location of the caravan was great as it was close to the main hub of the site.
There was no parking available outside the caravan, instead, I had to walk up a steep slope which was inconvenient. the cutlery and crockery provided were dirty, and the caravan itself was well used as mentioned in other reviews.
